The launch of PropOp

The Beginning…

My business partner Emma Finnie and I are delighted to finally launch our new Property Management and Investment company PropOp this month. It would be fair to say it has been a combination of preparation, perseverance, and implementation of our ideas over the last few months. It is equally important however that I add what an exciting journey is has been to get to this point.

Whilst we are both very experienced and knowledgeable in our own areas within the Property Industry, setting up a business was a step we had yet to face in our careers. From creating a brand, designing a website, to being thrust in front of the camera it was very much another chapter for us to experience. Thankfully from the outset we both had a clear vision and direction in which we wanted to take, and this made things that bit easier. All of this was on the back of a good grounding and development with well-established companies in what is an ever more regulated industry.

The Service…

Emma and I share a real passion in delivering a great service to all our clients, whether that being the landlord, the tenant, or the investor. Despite the property industry enjoying a competitive market, we both feel that sadly the service delivered by many is not to the high level that is deserved or rightly expected.

With thanks to our experience, we have listened to our client feedback that we have received over the years. We aim to deliver on meeting the requests made, and we will do so by providing a flexible, bespoke service that caters to each client. After all what is important to one client is not necessarily what is important to the next.

We recognise this and hope to cater our service accordingly.

One of our company values is ‘Approachable’ – and this stands for friendly and easy to talk to. It also clearly demonstrates a company that is happy to help, provide guidance and recommendations and very much cares for the level of service it wishes to provide.
